2. The Data We Collect

When participating in the Stark Data Program, we collect:

  • Identity Data: Name, email address, and demographic information.
  • Physical Action Data: Spatial telemetry, joint angles, hand orientation, and movement velocity streamed from Gernoid hardware.
  • Visual Telemetry: First-person spatial maps and optical feeds used strictly for training embodied AI.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, hardware identifiers, and session duration.

3. How We Use Your Data

The primary purpose of collecting Physical Action Data is to train and validate artificial neural networks and robotics foundation models. Identity data is used exclusively to manage your account, verify your consent, and facilitate compensation for data collection.

We apply an algorithmic anonymization layer to optical feeds to blur faces and identifiable personal markers before the data enters our training pipeline.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is streamed directly to secure cloud infrastructure. We implement strict cryptographic protocols for data in transit and at rest. Access to the raw telemetry is strictly limited to authorized engineers within Gernoid Industries.

5. Your Legal Rights (NDPR)

Under the NDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you.
  • Request erasure of your personal identity data (Note: Anonymized physical action data already integrated into neural network weights cannot be extracted or erased).
