By registering for the Stark Data Program ("The Program"), accessing the Stark AI dashboard, or utilizing Gernoid hardware for data collection, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.
The Program is operated by Gernoid Industries. It involves the deployment of proprietary hardware to collect physical action data, spatial telemetry, and environmental mapping to train embodied AI models (Humanoids).
By streaming your physical actions through our hardware, you grant Gernoid Industries a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, process, and analyze the resulting data streams. You acknowledge that Gernoid Industries retains exclusive intellectual property rights to the neural networks and models trained on this data.
Participants who generate high-quality, verified physical action data may be eligible for compensation. Compensation structures are dynamically calculated based on data scarcity, duration, and fidelity. Gernoid Industries reserves the right to withhold compensation for data streams that are flagged as fraudulent, low-fidelity, or violate our environmental guidelines.
Hardware provided by Gernoid Industries remains the property of the company unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to use the hardware solely for the purpose of the Stark Data Program and to refrain from reverse-engineering, modifying, or tampering with the firmware or physical sensors.
Gernoid Industries is not liable for any physical injuries, property damage, or consequential losses incurred while wearing the tracking hardware or participating in data collection tasks. Participants engage in physical tasks entirely at their own risk.
